Fee: $8 per session for NHS Members; $10 per session for Non-Members
Mandy Stanford, long time resident of Northville, has been practicing Yoga for 15 years. Classes are offered on a “drop-in” basis. There is no obligation. The purpose is to create a warm, supportive, judgement free space to introduce you to the art of practicing yoga. Yoga brings together both physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it’s calming effect helps to manage stress and anxiety and it also aides in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and overall body tone, so come give it a try! All you need is a mat, clothing you can move in comfortably and an open mind!
P.S. and a sense of humor, after all its only YOGA!
