About The Event

Greg Bodker’s beautiful photography will help you learn more about birds as he demonstrates the joys of birding you can have both in your backyard and in your area.

Both novice and experienced birders are welcome and will learn how to attract birds, the health benefits of birdwatching, local birding spots, and much more!

Greg Bodker has been a serious birder since 2006, combining his interest in birds, nature, and photography as often as possible. Greg has led birding trips for Michigan Audubon and was on its Board of Directors for three years. His stunning photos have won numerous awards.

He has birded in all of Michigan’s 83 counties and in most of North America. He is excited to report he saw his 366th bird species in Michigan in January 2026 (attend to hear which one it was, and to learn Greg's family's special connection to Northville)!

This free lecture is generously funded by a DTE…
