About The Event

At Houdini's Detroit shows, local audiences witnessed nearly all of Houdini's increasingly dangerous signature tricks firsthand, and saw his star rise from the bottom of show bills to very top. Jeremy Dimick is the Director of Collections & Curatorial at the Detroit Historical Society. He holds a B.S. in History/Museum Studies and a M.S. in History from Central Michigan University. He has served as Curator of Collections at the Sloan Museum & Longway Planetarium and as History Specialist/ Community Programs Coordinator at the Michigan Historical Museum.
