About The Event
Northville's rivers and lakes contributed significantly to its development. In 1874, Nelson Clark began breeding fish here and the hatchery remained in operation until 1935. Mayor Turnbull will cover its beginnings and recent improvements, and John O'Meara and Alice Baily from Environmental Consulting & Technology will present on the ongoing restoration efforts. Paul H. Young Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Friends of the Rouge, and the Northville Historical Society jointly sponsor this event.
This presentation is free and open to the public. RSVP if you'd like to receive a reminder email.
